On July 27, 2015, at around 18:28, the Defendant driven C-5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.151% at the section of approximately 3km from the 3km to the front road of the real estate agent of Gyeong-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do.

C. On August 1, 2015, around 00:31, 2015, the Defendant driven a DNA-learning car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.102% from the front side of the racing law-dong located in the Gu-Si, Gyeong-dong, Chungcheongnam-si to the front side of the 10km-dong, Sungdong-dong, Sung-dong.

On August 13, 2015, at around 07:55, the Defendant driven C-5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.135% from the 10km section at around 0.135% from the 3rd C-5% from the 10km section in the Yellow-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

As a result, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving at least twice, and once again drives a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol over a total of four times in violation of the above provision.
