이후 피고인은 “아저씨 것도 딱딱하다, 만져볼래 ”라고 말하였는데, 피해자로부터 “싫어요.”라는 대답을 듣자, 스스로 자신의 성기를 주물럭거리며 만지고, 피해자가 더 이상 동영상을 보기 싫다며 집에 가려고 인사하자 피해자의 손목을 잡으면서 “좀 더 있다 가라.”라고 말하여 다시 앉혔으며, 피해자에게 “브래지어 하냐 내 젖꼭지 크다, 만져 보라.”라고 말한 다음, 눈을 가리며 싫다고 손을 휘젓는 피해자의 손목을 잡고 강제로 끌어와 자신의 티셔츠 속 배 부위를 만지게 하고, 피해자에게 “젖꼭지가 얼마나 크냐 가슴 한 번 만져 봐도 되냐 아 이거 누가 보면 안 되는데 ”라고 말하면서 왼 손으로 피해자의 상의 목 부분을 통하여 브래지어 안까지 손을 넣어 피해자의 가슴을 쓰다듬고 주물렀다.
