. A license supply contract to supply a good (hereinafter “instant supply contract”) was concluded.

A license system is a system that combines the functions of cash registers and computer terminals to settle every merchant price, and at the same time to collect and process various information and data necessary for retail management. A license system is a service that establishes and provides networks and collects and keeps sales slips so that credit cards, cash receipts, etc. of member stores can be processed by delivering credit cards, cash receipts, etc. to credit card companies or the National Tax Service with settlement information of credit cards, settlement approval, and settlement of payments.

B. The main contents of the instant supply contract are as follows.

Article 2 (Period and Details of Contract) (1) The contract term of this contract shall be three years.

Article 3 (Basic Contracts) This Agreement shall apply to all arrangements between C and the Defendant relating to the supply of all goods related to the POS system and VN services (credit cards, Cash Receipts).

Provided, That in the event that there are separate arrangements different from this contract with regard to the supply of goods, individual arrangements shall prevail.

Article 8 (Rights and Obligations) (3) C and the defendant shall give prior written consent.
