Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. Article 1 of the Basic Facts / [Purpose] The purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutual roles and regulations in providing equipment and services necessary for the credit card inquiries and approval services specified in Article 2 of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act (hereinafter “VN services”) to the “member shop” of the headquarters and headquarters in good faith.

Article 4 (Contract Period) This Agreement shall enter into force immediately after the conclusion of the contract, and the contract period shall be three years from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Article 5 [POS System Sales List] The POS System required for the "member shop" is to sell to the head office and supply the head office to the member store.

Article 6 【Refluence】

1. The ASP user fee that a chain store and a direct store should pay to the Plaintiff is KRW 20,000 per user (VAT separate).

2. The Plaintiff shall support the ASP user fee of the direct control store.

Article 10 (Number of Obligations to Comply and Fees for Performance of Contracts)

1. As consideration to the Plaintiff’s commitment assistance such as Article 8, chain stores shall have 6,00 items per month (including physical card) and 216,000 valid number of credit cards for 3 years.

2. Where the number of contractual obligations is not achieved even after the expiration of the contract period of three years and six months, the head office shall pay 100 won per case below the plaintiff a panel.

3. The head office shall operate a VN service business of a chain store;
