A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 60": (a) the Defendant entered the seller's name in the public service center of the Suwon District Public Prosecutor's Office No. 212 Do-ro 212 Do-ro during Ansan-si on May 12, 2015; (b) the seller's name was delegated to the Defendant's name on December 19, 2013; (c) the seller's resident registration number and address were entered in the seller's name; (d) one proxy form in the name of the Defendant's name was forged; (e) the seller's resident registration number was issued and delivered by the Defendant on December 19, 2013; (e) the seller's resident registration number was recorded in the seller's name and the seller's name was recorded in the seller's name; (e) the seller's resident registration number was recorded in the seller's name and the seller's name was recorded in the seller's name; and (e) one copy of the document stating that the Defendant was forged on December 14, 2019, without knowledge.
