Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Damage to property;

A. On July 17, 2015, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) laid the chair around the front door of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, without any reason, and destroyed and damaged the said glass window by gathering the chair around the front door of the K7 car, which is owned by the victim C, and without any reason.

B. At the time set forth in paragraph 1(a), the Defendant: (a) laid down waste in the vicinity of the NFurina passenger car owned by the victim E, the victim E, who was parked under the influence of alcohol, with a total of KRW 477,376,00,000, for repair costs, such as FFna passenger car, to the extent that the said NFna passenger car was damaged.

2. At around 05:05 on July 17, 2015, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) on the front road of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul; (b) “Any person damages a vehicle or article parked on the road”; (c) the slope H, who belongs to the fourth team of the Seocheon-do, Police Station G Zone G Zone 4 Team, dispatched to the site after receiving a 112 report, asked the Defendant “I,” “I’s chest,” at one time due to drinking without any reason under the influence of alcohol; (d) on the same day, the Defendant continued to be arrested as a flagrant offender at the G Zone in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul, and at around 0:0 on the day when the Defendant was exposed to the head of the above J on the ground that he was on duty, and (e) the Defendant was on the right side of the G Zone at around 1:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the police officers' legitimate performance of their duties in relation to crime prevention, suppression and investigation.
