A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 12, 2014, the Defendant reported the victim D’s comments to the effect that “Accomponsed the Internet Nibera, using a mobile phone at the Defendant’s residence located in Daejeon U.S. C and 209,” and that “Accomponsed to purchase computer traffic cards and mixs,” the Defendant called that “Accomponsed the victim’s phone to send things necessary for the removal of money from the advance payment.”

Nevertheless, from September 16, 2014 to September 16, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 31,000 from the victims to the deposit account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired total of KRW 3,322,00 from the victims on 24 occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.
