1. The Defendant’s KRW 86,945,00 for the Plaintiff and the following: 6% per annum from September 24, 2015 to June 13, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company running a car and a gold-type manufacturing business.

The defendant is a company engaged in the manufacturing business of hardwares.

B. On August 9, 2013, the Defendant entered into a gold-type development agreement (hereinafter “instant agreement”) with C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) under which the Plaintiff and the pertinent work enter into a gold-type development agreement (hereinafter “instant gold-type agreement”) with the content that the production of plastic goods in plastic form (hereinafter “each of the instant gold-type”) would be subcontracted to the Plaintiff at a contract price of KRW 800 million (excluding value-added tax) as indicated in Article 2(4) of the following table.

4. Any balance shall be paid within two months after the defendant's or the defendant's customer approval.

Article 4 (Payment Period)

1. Period of production: July 26, 13. 26-10.24 (T/O Standards);

. Period of completion: 14.12.10 (Standards for Completion of Approval)

3. The Plaintiff shall submit the AOPE for review after measuring or assembling important parts after producing gold paper and suggesting them early, and at this time there should be no appearance or significant parts.

4. The plaintiff shall bear the costs of the test run (three times) up to the time of approval, except that, at the defendant's expense.

Article 4 (Payment Period)

1. The manufacture under Article 2 has not been completed within the payment period due to a cause attributable to the plaintiff.
