A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2016, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 1191,” connected to the “EPC room D,” the Internet, a trading site of used goods, sells air cleaners, and sells the goods as if they were sold.

“A false statement” was made.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send air clean to the victim even if he received money from the victim because he did not have air clean.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and was transferred KRW 100,000 to the single bank account under the name of the defendant at that time by the victim.

In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 22,365,00 from the victims over 198 times as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table between December 1, 2016 and January 15, 2017.

On January 1, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement on the content that “The NAV, a trading site on the Internet, sells the manufacturing machine of Nung Nungsungsungsungsungsungsungsungsung,” and that “The Defendant sells Nungsungsungsungsungsungsungsungsungsungsung” to the victim G, who reported and contacted the notice, would sell Nungsungsungsungsungsungsungsungsungsungsungsk to 64,00 won.”

However, even if the defendant does not have the Nurungung, and receives money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send the victim with the creation of Nurungung.

As above, the Defendant, including deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 64,00 from the victim to the single bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day on the same day, and then, until January 11, 2017, remitted KRW 644,00,00 in total from four victims, such as the statement in the list of crimes attached hereto, from January 11, 201.
