Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 High 3520"
1. Around December 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) connected the cross-defluent PC room in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “Seit PC”); and (b) made a false statement to the victim B that “to sell contact diskettes” by accessing the Internet NAVV “S” car page.
However, even if the price of the goods is paid from the injured party, there was no intention or ability to sell it.
The defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 260,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under C (Account Number: D) in the name of the victim.
2. On the same day, at the same place as that of paragraph 1, the Defendant had access to the Internet NAV “SAC”) and had deceiving the victim E in the same manner as that of paragraph 1, and received 264,000 won from the damaged person to the said Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of C in return for the Twit ticket price.

3. On October 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) visited “G” in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; (b) provided the victim H with access to the Internet NAV “S Highest Republic” car page; and (c) provided the victim H with a false statement that “to sell roll tickets.”
However, even if the price of the goods is paid from the injured party, there was no intention or ability to sell it.
As above, the Defendant deceiving the victim and received 40,000 won from the victim in the name of a new bank account (Account Number:J) in the name of the victim, and received 305,000 won in total by deceiving the victims four times from December 25, 2014, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

4. The Defendant, around January 17, 2015, posted a notice stating that “Lel” located in K located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with a computer located therein, connects NAV to the “China-high country,” and sells 12 copies of pressure powder powder,” and reported it to the victim M. who contacted.
