A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 2 through 15 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 19:15 on June 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stopped between the exit area of Busan subway Station No. 1 in Busan Eastdong-gu and the entrance of the public parking lot, the Defendant: (b) 200,000 won in cash from E, psychotropic drugs, in the price for psychotropic drugs, Mecaca (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”); (c) around 01:26 on June 4, 2019, the Defendant parked in front of the G restaurant located in Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, and sold approximately 0.35 g of philopon to E, from the said car parked in front of the G restaurant located in F. of Busan.

2. On June 3, 2019, the Defendant, on June 3, 2019, administered 0.03 galphones by inserting approximately 0.03g of opons into a single-use engine at the residence located in Htel I of Busan Northern-gu, Busan on June 3, 2019, and dilution them with water. After approximately two hours, he administered 0.03 g of opons by the said method as above, he administered approximately two hours thereafter, and then administered 0.03 g of opons by administering opons in total three gopons by inserting approximately 0.03 gopons by again using the said method.

3. On July 15, 2019, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on July 15, 2019, injected a philophone into a single-use injection machine, 0.03gh in water, dilution with his/her left part, and administered it in a way of injecting it into his/her bloodline.

4. At around 18:10 on July 16, 2019, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (2), carried five single-use guards containing approximately 1.6 g of phiphones, and one vinyl blophones containing approximately 0.08 g of philophones into hand bags, and carried them by means of inserting one single-use guards containing approximately 0.06 g of philophones and one vinyl blophones containing approximately 0.15 g of philophones.
