Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
1. Defendant A
A. On July 19, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant purchased one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, with a single-use 600,000 won in cash, from E street in the vicinity of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and with approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs.
B. The Defendant, in collusion with G, purchased at the same place on August 2013, 19: (a) around 19:00, in total, KRW 300,000 in cash received from G plus KRW 300,000 in cash; and (b) one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.5g of philophones.
C. At around 21:00 on September 17, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with G, purchased KRW 600,000 in cash from G, plus KRW 100,000,000 in cash received from G, and purchased approximately 0.5g of philophones.
The Defendant in collusion with G and H, and around 22:00, mid- to August 2013, and around 114 Dong 904, and Defendant A 1-B.
As described in the port, approximately 0.03 g of the philophones purchased as described in the paragraph are put in a single-use injection machine, dilution them with raw water, and then injected them into the right elbow beer bow, and H dilution them into the 500cc plastic cups containing 0.03g of philophones from A, and dilution them into the beer, after drinking, after inserting approximately 0.03 g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with the right blusc beer.
