A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who cultivates bean products with the trade name "D from Gyeong-si, Gyeongbuk-si, and supplies them for school meal services.

1. No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed agricultural and fishery products labeled the place of origin disguisedly, sell agricultural and fishery products labeled the place of origin mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or the processed agricultural and fishery products, store or display such products for the purpose of sale, place a false indication of place of origin or place

A. From April 2010 to May 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods from F in the Republic of Korea E in Yangsan-si in Yangsan-si and H in the G in the Daegu Suwon-si; and (b) delivered 105,300 gggs to G in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, by falsely marking the country of origin to J in the Republic of Korea; and (c) school meal service companies in the Republic of Korea in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu.

B. From April 2013 to May 2014, the Defendant falsely indicated that 40% of imported bean 40% of the Republic of Korea and the entire products of bean produced by mixing it with 60% of domestic bean cat as domestic products, and supplied bean 212,827 g to J and school meal service companies.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false indication of origin.

2. He/she shall not sell eco-friendly certified products violating the Act on the Promotion of Environment-Friendly Agriculture and Fisheries and the Management of and Support for Organic Food, etc. by mixing or store, transport, or display them for sale by mixing them with non-certified products, and eco-friendly agricultural chemical bean shall be produced by using domestic bean;

From April 2013 to May 2014, the Defendant: (a) indicated 40% of the imported bean 40% of the imported bean and the bean 60% of the domestic bean agricultural product manufactured by mixing it with environmentally friendly agricultural products; and (b) supplied bean 212,827 gg to J and (ju) the school meal service company.

3. The criminal defendant is guilty of the food materials to the school meal service center from around 2013.
