1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B’s KRW 64,700,840 and as to this, 5% per annum from July 20, 2017 to April 4, 2019, and 5% per annum.
Reasons
Basic Facts
The relevant Plaintiff is a person who operates a G tank glass vehicle (hereinafter “instant damaged vehicle”) and engages in oil transport business, and Defendant B drives the H class III vehicle (hereinafter “instant damaged vehicle”) and Defendant C is a person who operates an electrical company with the trade name “I” by employing Defendant B as the owner of the instant damaged vehicle.
Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”) is an insurance company that entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with Defendant C as to the instant Maritime Vehicle 1.
J is a mutual aid association that has entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplementary Intervenor”), the owner of the above vehicle, who drives K tank 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Maritime Vehicle 2”). Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant D Co., Ltd.”) on the instant Maritime Vehicle 2.
On July 20, 2017, Defendant B driven one of the instant Lives on July 13:34, 2017, and driven two-lanes on the roads of 188.6 km located in the Ganpo-Eup, Kimcheon-si, Busan, Busan, the Busan, the Busan, and the roads of 188.6 km (3 km) from Seoul, the Busan, the area of which is located in Busan, the area of the road.
