Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as a Korean language teacher at K Middle School (hereinafter referred to as “school”) in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from March 2009 to February 2012, and is currently serving as a Korean language teacher at L High School.

1. In 2009, the Defendant was in charge of the first grade director and the head of the entrance management department of the above school in 2009, the second grade director and the head of the entrance management department in 2010, and the third grade director in 201 in 201, and in 2010 and 201, the Defendant was in charge of M’s life guidance and supervision as M’s attending teachers and supervision as well as the instruction for entering high school.

The Defendant received 500,000 won in cash in return for a request from O, the father of the above M, who was the father of the Defendant in the N in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the effect that “I am well able to give a good guidance about M, and in the future, I am well able to continue school life.”

On October 201, the Defendant received a request from the aboveO to the effect that “M can enter a high school, which is an independent private high school,” and that “M can enter the middle school, which is an independent type of private high school” from the aboveO in the street near the Geongdong National Bank in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant received one million won in cash in return for such a request.”

Accordingly, the defendant received property in return for the illegal solicitation on the duty four occasions in total.

2. The Defendant’s embezzlement is “P” where it is a sisterhood school of the above school.
