Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2012, around 21:30 on October 21, 2012, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by referring to “D” operated by C, which is located under B 1st underground of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the drinking value calculated by F, the background leading up to the E District of Seoul Yangcheon Police Station E District, which is the victim who was dispatched after receiving a report of crypting, and thereby, in the process of protecting C, customers G, etc., the Defendant read as “at the time of this cypism,” and “at the time of this cypism, this fry, grhing, hinging, hinginginging, hinginginging, and hings, hinginging, and using public power.”
