1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:
See the attached list concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 28, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, and around January 28, 201, the “10-year-old health insurance” contract as indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 with the insured as the Defendant. On January 31, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for “fright driver insurance” as indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 with the insured as the Defendant. On February 10, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract for “fright driver insurance” as indicated in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 3 with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each insurance
B. On October 5, 2011, the Defendant claiming the occurrence of an insurance accident and the amount of insurance proceeds was hospitalized at the B oriental medical hospital for 20 days on the ground of “automobile accident”, and was hospitalized at the B oriental medical hospital for 20 days on January 31, 2012, traffic accident on November 15, 2012, traffic accident on February 1, 2013, traffic accident, etc. as listed below Nos. 1 through 26 on October 5, 2011 and was hospitalized at each hospital for 354 days in total from October 5, 201 to May 20, 201 (as evidence submitted after the institution of the first instance, the Plaintiff was hospitalized at 24,80,000 won in total as insurance proceeds from the Plaintiff according to each insurance contract of this case (as evidence submitted after the institution of the first instance), and received KRW 24,80,000 from the Plaintiff.
