1. Basic facts

A. On July 24, 2007, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiff on July 24, 2007, which contains the content of guaranteeing daily allowances for hospitalization in the event of injury or disease (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) and paid the premium.

B. From December 24, 2008 to January 3, 2008, the Defendant began to receive hospitalized treatment at B Hospital at Gyeongpin Gyeong-ro for 11 days, and received hospitalized treatment for 806 days on April 27, 2016, as shown in the following table, until April 27, 2016.
