A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 1, 2014, the Defendant causing property damage to an individual taxi operated by the victim C, which was moving along with a female-friendly fluor, and caused a damage to another person’s property by destroying the victim’s cab in such a way that the victim was unable to turn to the left at the left, making the victim difficult to turn to the left, putting the vehicle on hand, or walking the studio that the victim would not open the door of the taxi through several times, and the victim would not open the door of the cab. On the other hand, the Defendant caused the damage to another person’s property by continuing to walk the 105,000 won of the cab outside of the cab in order for the 105,000 won of the cab to turn to the cab.

2. In the above date, at the above place, the Defendant: (a) cut the victim C(55 years of age) from the taxi out of the taxi by selling it; (b) led the victim who continued to use on the floor; (c) led the victim by hand and sprinking the victim; and (d) inflicted injury on the victim, such as an inner face, where the victim needs to be treated for about 20 days.

3. When the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender on charges of causing damage to property, etc. at the above date, time, place, and property at around 00:35 on December 2, 2014, and was transferred to the D District of the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant asked police officers who were on duty within the said district to the effect that “this spacker spacks, spackspackspackspacks, spackspackspackspackspacks, spackspackspacks, spackspackspacks, spackspackspacks, spacks a police officer, who is the victim, to ask police officers of slope E (37 years old) to the Defendant’s locker, walk the Defendant’s chest, walk the Defendant’s chest, or take spack, while working in the said district, and to immediately arrest the Defendant’s head, head and k in the criminal investigation.
