Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for an injury, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on November 26, 2013. On July 16, 2015, the period of the suspended sentence became final and conclusive on October 15, 2015, and the said suspended sentence was terminated in the Daegu Prison on April 15, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】 2019 Highest 2500

A. From October 30 to 12:05 on October 30, 2019, the Defendant threatened with the victim’sJ (Woo, 29 years old) who want to board the said taxi, on the ground that the I cab operated by the victim H (Nam, 62 years old) around the Cheongju-si apartment site located in the Cheongju-si G apartment site, would interfere with the passage of the road and stop on the road. On the other hand, the said victim’s J J continued to board the cab, and the said victim’s J J expressed the victim’s desire to “Woo-year,” and, on the other hand, expressed the victim’s body, including the victim’s body, such as the victim’s cab, who gets a glass door and gets a cab as a head of the taxi.
