1. The plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant)'s appeal is dismissed.

1. Determination on the main claim

A. Basic facts 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff as the party to the instant forest land in Gangseo-si, Gangseo-si (hereinafter “instant forest”).
