1. The Defendants jointly remove the buildings listed in Paragraph 5 of the attached Table to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) A, and attach them thereto.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 18, 2013, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C, Defendant B, and C, stipulating that approximately KRW 1,000 square meters (3,300 square meters) among the lands listed in the attached Tables 3 and 4, as indicated in the attached Tables 3 and 4, should be paid in advance during the lease term from November 1, 2013 to November 1, 2014; and that KRW 72,00,000,000 per month during the one-year period should be paid in advance (hereinafter “the first lease agreement”).

The terms of the special agreement at the time are as follows:

1. Contract in the current state of land; 2. This contract shall be the advance payment of monthly rent for one year, in which no deposit is made;
