Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant A.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On September 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 01:15 on September 26, 2017, the Defendant expressed the victim D (22 years) who parked and disembarked a vehicle on the front side of the Manam-si, Sungnam-si, and the victim’s two-way behavior; and (b) assaulted the victim at one time at the victim’s left shoulder in drinking.
B.
