Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2015, from around 23:30 to 23:50 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) sought two paper cups from the “C” convenience store located in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu; (b) on the ground that the victim D (year 21) who is an employee did not bring a paper cup, the Defendant d's employee did not bring a paper cup; and (c) obstructed the sales business of the said victim by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes; and (d) by giving an article to the victim, the Defendant obstructed the sales business of the said victim.

2. At around 23:59 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) found the victim E, a police official dispatched to the scene of the crime at the same time; and (b) told the victim E, a police official of the same police station, “at the same time, in compliance with the police box called out, and the police force called out,” and publicly insulting the said victim by stating, “The police boms dispatched by the boms” to the said victim.
