A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 23:50 on December 31, 2012, at the point of “D” located in Ansan-si, Dong-si, Dong-si, the Defendant: (a) divided the victim E and the victim E, who is the employee of the said main shop; (b) used the key in the said main shop between the victim and the Defendant, who was parked in the said main shop parking lot, used the key in the said main shop, thereby cutting off the vehicle by driving FK3 car operation in the amount of KRW 18.6 million at the market price of the victim, who was parked in the said main parking lot.

2. On December 31, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a FK3 vehicle from the front of the parking lot of the said “D” to the front road of the G-si Building in Busan Metropolitan City, around 01:00 on January 1, 2013 without obtaining a driver’s license.

3. At around 02:00 on January 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed and stolen the front number plates and back number plates in front of H, Busan, by using the pents prepared in advance and dricker; and (b) J, the victim I, who was parked in the relevant place.

4. Around 02:00 on January 2, 2013, the Defendant removed the front number plate and back number plate of FK3 passenger cars that were stolen, as described in paragraph (1), for the purpose of exercising them at a parking lot near the G building in Busan Metropolitan City, as described in paragraph (1), and used the front number plate and back number plate of J which were stolen as described in paragraph (3) unlawfully by attaching the front number plate and back number plate to the said K3 car.

5. The defendant, from January 4, 2013 to January 14, 2015, who illegally used air events and without obtaining a license for driving a k3-car;
