Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:30 on April 30, 2019, the Defendant presented a driver’s license within the Busan Metropolitan City customers’ center located in Geumdong-gu B, Busan Metropolitan City, and received a preferential license, but the victim D (the age of 45) who caused the Defendant’s service determined that the photographs and the face of the Defendant in the driver’s license are different, and that the Defendant’s face are different, and the Defendant’s resident registration number is changed and requested three times or more, the Defendant saw the Defendant as his hand to read the victim’s right shoulder at one time, and the public official’s Nadong-gu, public official, who is not the police at one time, asked the resident number in the subject.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the performance of duties of the victim who is a railroad worker.
