Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2018, around 20:20, the Defendant heard from D(51) who is a railroad worker that provides services to passengers in the subway station in the Busan Northern Station, while drunkly speaking, the Defendant took time off the item of the said D one time by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted railroad workers and interfered with maintenance of order.
