Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From November 4, 2014, around 17:57, the Defendant taken out the victim’s resident registration certificate from the above wall, where the victim D, who is an employee of the relevant marina shop, was placed in the locker, at the "C" location location where the Defendant was operated by the Defendant on the 2nd floor of Goyang-dong, Manyang-gu, Mangdong-si.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
