1. As to KRW 32,117,250 among the Plaintiff and KRW 7,91,250 among them, the Defendant shall: (a) from August 18, 2016 to August 29, 2016; and (b) six.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On February 29, 2016, the Defendant entered into an entrustment contract with the Seoul New School (hereinafter referred to as “New School”) (hereinafter referred to as “New School”), Seoul Village Elementary School (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul Village Elementary School”), and Seouldong Elementary School (hereinafter referred to as “Dong Elementary School”) in 2016, respectively, at each of the above schools (contract period: between March 1, 2016 and February 28, 2017) with each of the above schools. The Defendant entered into an entrustment contract with the operation of the English language class of the after-school English citizens to be entrusted with the operation of the after-school English language program at each of the above schools (contract period: from March 1 to February 28, 2016).
