A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for night structure intrusion larceny, theft, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and on October 4, 2017, “native prison” as stated in the written indictment of the South Korean Prison is a clerical error in the “native prison” of the “native prison in the sea.

In this regard, the execution of the punishment was completed.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On January 9, 2018, around 03:00 to 04:00, the Defendant intruded inside the above center through the window not locked at the Dongjak-gu Seoul P and the second floor Q&C center, and stolen it by having one bank passbook owned by the victim R R, who had been in the islands on his/her book.

On March 11, 2018, the Defendant stated in the bill of indictment for TW of the Gu S and the first floor victim TW in Ansan-si around 23:40 on March 11, 2018, but in accordance with the adopted evidence, the operator is “T” and AC is corrected ex officio as there is no impediment to the Defendant’s exercise of the right to defense even if the correction is made.

On March 15, 2018, at around 03:00 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an out-of-door window installed behind the building and opened an out-of-door window up to 2nd floor; and (b) intruded into the inside of the W certified judicial scrivener office; and (c) cut off with one bank passbook owned by the victim X in the West on his book.

2. On January 10, 2018, the Defendant forged a private document at around 10:02, at the point of the sublime station of the E Bank in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
