A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On March 4, 2016, around 01:04, the Defendant entered the E-care center in front of the operation of the victim D, which was located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and subsequently, entered the said childcare center, and then opened a toilet for the second floor class, which was not locked by using the stairs following the building, and intruded inside, and stolen cash amounting to KRW 920,000, which was kept on the ledger of the first floor.

B. On March 14, 2016, around 00:01, the Defendant invaded the childcare center described in the foregoing paragraph (a) by the said method and stolen KRW 80,000, which was in custody on the ledger book of the first floor.
