[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on May 8, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on July 30, 2018.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. From around 01:00 on September 20, 2018 to 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant came to fall under the “D” of the victim C’s operation in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, and opened a entrance and intruded up to the inside, and stolen the cash amount of KRW 300,000, which was kept in the U.S. column.

B. On October 1, 2018, from around 01:00 to around 03:00 of the same day, the Defendant came to be a restaurant for “G” operation of the Victim F in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, with a view to opening a locked window and intrusion upon it, the Defendant carried 60,000 won in cash stored on the water purifier’s pocket book, and stolen it.

On October 3, 2018, at around 02:40, the Defendant came to a “J” restaurant for the operation of the victim I in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and invaded upon the opening of a locked window and the inside, and stolen cash worth KRW 150,000 stored in the West-gu.

On October 6, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant came to a “M” restaurant operated by the victim L in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and infringed upon the opening of the unlocked main window and inside, the Defendant took a 100,000 won in cash stored in the said safe, and stolen it.

2. From October 1, 2018 to October 15:00 of the same day, the Defendant stolen a bicycle equal to KRW 40,000 at the victim’s market price, which was located at the same place without being equipped with locking devices, from around N-ro in Daejeon to around 15:00 of the same day.

3. On October 2, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night from around 01:0 to around 03:00 of the same day, and the Defendant came to fall under “R” in the operation of the Victim Qua in Daejeon-gu P, thereby going to the front of the door of the building in question to steal money and valuables.
