A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1. On May 30, 1994, the Defendant violated the Illegal Table Control Act entered into a check contract with the branch office and the Defendant in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City, under the name of the branch office and the Defendant, and traded household checks.

2. On April 17, 1995, the Defendant was issued a Samsung Credit Card in the name of the Defendant at the point of Samsung Card Samsung-gu, Samsungnam-ro, 55-1, Samsung-gu.
