Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 29, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud in the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 29, 2018. On January 20, 2019, the Defendant completed the enforcement of the sentence.
On August 13, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud, etc. in the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 13, 2020. The judgment became final and conclusive on September 3, 2020.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 28, 2020, the Defendant purchased one tobacco equivalent to KRW 40,000 in the market price from “Dart” operated by the Victim B in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and concluded that the Defendant purchased 1,00 won of 50,00 won of 40,000 won to the victim; the victim 10,000 won of 4 and 1,000 won of 10,000 won of 10,000 won of 4 and 1,000 won of 10,000 won of 4 and 10,000 won of 10,000 won of 10,000 won of 10,000 won of 4 from the victim.
Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, was urged by the victim and was issued a letter of abolition of KRW 10,00 from the victim’s seat.
2. On June 14, 2020, at around 23:58, 2020, the Defendant: (a) purchased one of the 10,000 studs in the “G restaurant” operated by the victim F of the victim F in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) purchased one of the 10,000 studs in the “G restaurant”; (c) the victim 50,000 studs in the 10,000 studs; (d) the victim 4 studs in the 10,000 studs in the name of the studs; and (e) the facts were concealed by the victim 10,000 studs in the 10,000 studs; and (e) concealed the victim into the 10,000 studs.
Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, was urged by the victim and was issued a letter of abolition of KRW 10,00 from the victim’s seat.
