Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 29, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud in the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 29, 2018, and on January 20, 2019, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution.

1. Fraud;
A. On June 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on the part of the Victim B, the Defendant stated that “The Victim B shall have the right of KRW 10,000 to 10,000 to 10,000,000 to 10,000 to flusium operated by the Victim B, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and that “The Victim shall have the right of KRW 10,00 to 10,000 to flusium; (b) the Victim shall have the right of KRW 50,00 to 10,000 to flusium; and (c) the Victim shall have the right of KRW 10,00 to flusium,” even if she received five copies from the Victim,
Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, was informed of the victim, and was immediately issued a copy of KRW 10,00 to the victim.
B. On July 3, 2019, at the Chinese office operated by the victim D in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu around 15:30 on July 3, 2019, the Defendant enticed the victim by the above methods, and was immediately issued 10,000 won right from the victim.
2. On July 2, 2019, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) the victim G in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, by deceiving the victim by the aforesaid method at an over-concentration store operated by the victim G, and then, (b) the victim attempted to receive KRW 10,00 won worth from the victim; (c) but (d) the victim attempted to receive KRW 10,000 from the victims three times in total from July 3, 2019, including the victim’s attempted to receive KRW 10,00 won from the victims, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, but the victims attempted to receive KRW 10,00 from the victims, on the ground that there was no cruel money; and (d) the victim, who had committed the Defendant’s act, committed each attempted to report to the police by the Defendant, who
