Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants worked in the H Beauty room in Gangnam-gu Seoul.
1. Defendant B
A. In around 12:00 on August 21, 2015, the Defendant was in possession of the victim’s head collection around 12:30 on the day, on the ground that the victim A (V, 45 years old) was said to be a horse to ignore himself during the preceding work, and the Defendant was in possession of the victim’s head collection around 12:30 on the same day.
3 One-time booming down the shoulder of the victim, booming the victim's shoulder, etc., and booming the victim's fingers into the victim's entrance, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as the impairment of the booms that require treatment for about two weeks.
B. On August 22, 2015, the Defendant sent a written message to the victim A, stating that he would take measures, such as criminal action, without paying the medical expenses for injury caused by the loss arising from the same circumstance as the written in paragraph 2, to the effect that he/she would deposit at the hospital expense to the victim A during the extended period of time, and that he/she would not be paid two weeks if he/she became aware of, and that he/she would not leave the match if he/she was paid at the hospital expense, and made a phone call to the victim A to “I deposit it at the hospital expense, to follow it. I will immediately leave his/her hand over the same year, not the match, and to the same effect as the inside of the house.”
2. On August 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00, on the rooftop of the said H hairdresser; (b) on the same ground as indicated in paragraph (1), the victim B (n, 49 years of age) and scambling the victim’s face; and (c) scambling the victim’s face by hand; and (d) around 12:30 on the same day, the Defendant continued to hold the victim’s face from the said H Beauty room by asking the victim’s hand in his/her seat; and (b) then, he/she removed the victim by asking the victim’s hand in his/her seat from the room, thereby causing injury, such as the damage of the victim’s scambling of other grandchildren and grandchildren requiring two-day medical treatment.
