A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2019, around 07:54, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate and entered into a gate with the intent to capture the body of the victim C (the 18-year old, 18-old, and household name) in Daejeon Dong-gu B, Daejeon; and (b) invaded the victim’s residence into the front corridor of the house of the victim on the second floor; and (c) invaded the victim’s residence.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);
