A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 6, 2017, at around 05:04, the Defendant taken a video image against his/her will, using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function, in which the victim N (n, 22 years old) who was a former female-child room in the Dong-dong L, Daejeon, suffered panty only and was locked.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken videos against his will, using the cell phone camera function, the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame.

2. On March 19, 2017, at around 21:06, the Defendant taken video images against his/her will, using the Defendant’s mobile phone prior to the “P” 40 entrance in the eight floors of the building of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by taking advantage of the Defendant’s cell phone at the front of the entrance, who was in possession of the front door of the entrance, while enjoying only the part of the victim Qu (a name, leisure, 26 years of age).

Accordingly, the Defendant taken videos against his will, using the cell phone camera function, the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame.

3. On March 21, 2017, from around 10:17 to 11:03 of the same day, the Defendant taken video images against the Defendant’s will using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function in a shower room in which the victim (e.g., the victim (e., the 23 years old), who is going to teach in the Soker room within the Soker room in Gyeonggi-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken videos against his will, using the cell phone camera function, the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame.

4. On March 23, 2017, at around 14:29, the Defendant, using the Defendant’s mobile phone in front of the “P” 35 entrance in the eightth floor of the building of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, carried out shower by U (Ga, Ga, 38 years old) through the Defendant’s cell phone at the front of the entrance, and carried out shower activities by panty only, against the Defendant’s will.
