Punishment of the crime

The complainant and the defendant promised to marry a contract from March 18, 2007 to March 18, 2010, and agreed to marry a contract, and there is no legal marital relationship between the parties living together from April 2017, and maintained a de facto marriage relationship between about 10 years. However, the complainant was absent from the residential area where the complainant was living unilaterally in order to unilaterally terminate a de facto marriage relationship due to the case other than the public prosecution, and thereafter, the defendant took measures to find the whereabouts of the complainant while it became emotionally dead.

On June 28, 2017, the Defendant entered the personal information of the complainant who was aware of while maintaining a de facto marital relationship for the purpose of facilitating the work of the complainant's participation in the online hosting service site operated by B(business registration number C) in order to trace the complainant's behavior at an unspecified place, and forged the electronic records of membership on the Internet and submitted it to D.

2. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of Use of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (Violation of Information and Communications Network, etc.) intruded into the EF account of the complainant using Eidi and fal dyd of the complainants who came to know while maintaining de facto de facto marital relations without legitimate authority in order to trace the criminal conduct of the complainant at an unspecified place.

3. On June 29, 2017, the Defendant did not violate the Act on Promotion of Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (Violation of Information and Communications Network, etc.) and the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Protection, etc. (Violation of Information and Communications Network) and the Defendant attempted to intrude into GH account of the complainant by using Galdid and spick dyp dyp sp dyp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp
