Punishment of the crime

From August 17, 2015 to August 16, 2017, the Defendant served as an administrative soldier in the Republic of Korea. From October 2015 to August 16, 2017, the Defendant served as an administrative soldier in the Department of Administration of the Air Force C Headquarters C of the Air Force, which is located in Chungcheong City, from October 2015 to August 16, 2017.

1. Crimes committed on April 2017.

(a) No person who violates the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Protection, etc. of Information (infringement, etc. of information and communications networks) shall intrude into an information and communications network without legitimate access authority

B.
