Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A operated the K bulletin board of a total of four adult obscenity sites, including G, H, I, and J, a person who hosts a group of sexual relations (hereinafter referred to as "K"), with one female and several males, and Defendant B and C, respectively, were male participants of the K group organized by Defendant A; Defendant A, as a man of the K group organized by Defendant A; Defendant A, as a man of the K group, was in the overall control of the K group by going outside of the place of the group; Defendant B and C, etc.; Defendant B, as a man of the above site, recruited male participants by posting a letter inviting males to participate in the group; and posted a photo after the K group, etc.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On September 3, 2017, the Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts (e.g., brokerage of commercial sex acts) and arrange for commercial sex acts by having a male participant at the “K” group receive KRW 160,000 from the male participant at the “K” group as the price for commercial sex acts from around 10,000 to around 3, 200, respectively. Defendant A and B arranged commercial sex acts by comparing themselves with N from January 8, 2017 to September 3, 2017, and Defendant C arranged commercial sex acts for 29 times from May 7, 2017 to September 3, 2017, as indicated in the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes. From around 15, 2017 to September 3, 2017, Defendant C arranged commercial sex acts for 15 to 29, as in the annexed list of crimes.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

B. The Defendants, in collusion, up to September 3, 201, posted on each of the above obscene sites, including G, etc. at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) and posted them on the above obscene site to use them for soliciting male participants at the group of “K”, using the cellular camera function as above, Defendant A and B, including taking photographs of a head where one female and several males have sexual intercourse.
