1. Defendant A

가. 미신고 축산물판매업 피고인은 관할관청에 신고하지 아니하고 2012. 3.경부터 2013. 4. 1.까지 인천 계양구 H에서 ‘I’라는 상호로 ‘닭꼬치’ 등을 구입한 후 거래처에 판매함으로써 축산물판매업 영업을 하였다.

나. 유통기한 도과 축산물 보관 피고인은 2013. 3. 30. 위 장소에서 유통기한이 지난(유통기한 2013. 3. 28.) 닭꼬치 4박스(400개)를 판매할 목적으로 보관하였다.
