Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Foreign Trade Act;
A. From March 2010 to September 17, 2010, the Defendant: (a) indicated the country of origin of Chinese salt purchased from H in the name of the Defendant’s operation of G located in Macheon-si in the Republic of Korea in the way of packing in the “duplicating sunlight salt” printed out from the “G warehouse” to the Republic of Korea, such as Jeonan-gun, Gun; or “new sand sand tideland salt”; (b) the Defendant indicated the country of origin of 1,280 square 38,40 g in Korea; and (c) from October 1, 201 to November 30, 2011, the Defendant purchased from H in the “I warehouse” in the name of the Defendant’s operation of Macheon-si, in a way that 300 g of domestic salt reproduction or 300 g of Korean salt g in the way of printing the origin of domestic salt purchased from H from the “N in the “Korea-Ucheon-gun Gun, etc. into the Republic of Korea-Japan.
B.
