The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of the grounds for appeal lies in a knife and there is no fact of intimidation against the victim.

2. In full view of the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below, the judgment below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is just and there is no error of law that affected the conclusion of the judgment by misunderstanding the facts, and the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
