A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 1, 2013, the Defendant paid the purchase price of KRW 1.5 million to Vietnam, on the alleyway in the name in the name of the Vietnam singing line in Busan, which was received from the said Vietnam, about 14 and about 5 grams of hemp, which are psychotropic drugs (MDMA, one name X-si; hereinafter the same shall apply) from the said Vietnam, and purchased them.

2. Upon receipt of the request from the Defendant, the Defendant, who is a high-speed line C, to rescue the X-gu, and on September 8, 2013, the Defendant issued the X-gu, 10 U.S. 10 copies to F, who is the seat of the above C, in front of the fact that the X-gu, Busan, is located in the Dabu Factory, and then received the payment later.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold the X-mail to C.

3. Upon receipt of the request from the above C to rescue marijuana, on September 18, 2013, the Defendant issued approximately 1.5g of marijuana to the said F in the street at the H located in Chang-si, Changwon-si, and received a remittance of KRW 1.1 million for the purchase price for X posters and marijuana under the preceding paragraph on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant sold marijuana to C.

4. Around September 15, 2013, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana to tobacco at the H station located in Changwon-si G in a way of inhaleing smokes by inserting 0.5g of marijuana, and attaching a smoke. From around that time to December 8, 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana, as described in the list of offenses in the attached Table, at the H station located in Changwon-si.
