A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall trade or administer this (MMA, one X-gu, X-gu, hereinafter referred to as X-gu,) in MD, which is a local mental medicine, and anyone shall not trade, smoke, or smoke marijuana, and the defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around April 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana in a manner that contacts an influent person with his/her name known through Internet search to purchase it; (b) pays approximately KRW 120,000 to a cyber machine as a bitco; and (c) around April 15, 2016, the Defendant purchased marijuana in a manner that found approximately 1g of marijuana installed under the outside air condition of the air conditioners located therein at the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D shop.

2. Around 02:00 on April 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana in a manner of gathering and melting smokes among marijuana purchased within the seat of the Defendant’s residential building located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu; (b) by inserting in the opening of tobacco, the fluencies of the marijuana purchased as above; and (c) inserting the smokes.

3. On March 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act (finite) ordered the seller of the X-gu at the Internet website to pay approximately KRW 250,000 for the price to the seller of the X-gu at the Internet site as a bitco, and around April 19, 2016, the above X-gu, which arrives at the Incheon Airport located at the Incheon Airport located at the Jung-gu Incheon Airport, to receive the said X-gu as a postal item on May 2, 2016.

4. Around April 28, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Narcotics Control Act, administered an X-gu in a manner of putting the X-gu 1 sign at the Defendant’s residence and putting it together with water at the Defendant’s residence.

5. Around May 2, 2016, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act (marijuana) kept approximately 0.13g of marijuana and two marijuana tobacco for smoking (including spores) in the erogate around 11:15, 2016.
