A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On February 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and two months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on February 28, 2014, and the sentence becomes final and conclusive on March 8, 2014.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. On August 11, 2013, the Defendant sold the X-si and marijuana in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment complex, in a way that 80,000 won was dried from D and MaDMA (hereinafter “EXM”) which is a local mental medicine medicine, and 6g of marijuana to D.

2. From August 15, 2013 to September 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana along with F and D in a way that the Defendant, who was stopping on the street near Gangnam-gu Seoul, made the marijuana tobacco by putting the paper on a tobacco paper on a tobacco paper, and affixed a fire to the smoke in a way that the hemp smokes are cut off.
