The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is the same as the ground for the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is difficult to conclude a different conclusion only with Gap evidence Nos. 9 and 18 additionally submitted in the court of first instance, and it is therefore acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
