1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation concerning this case is the same as the ground for the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is difficult to conclude a different conclusion with each of the witness H’s testimony added in the trial and evidence Nos. 12 through 14, and it is therefore acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
