1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is the same as the ground for the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is difficult to conclude this conclusion with only the entries of Gap evidence Nos. 17-2 and evidence Nos. 17-19-2 added in the court of first instance, and the result of the order to submit documents to the defendant, and it is therefore acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 4
